You can find dozens of Internet Cafes in this town, and with good connections at reasonable rates, around $1 per hour.
Try ADT CyberCafe on Rue de Narvik right near the US embassy, or Cybercafe Bigs on Ave Kennedy, which is centrally located, they are the most popular options in town.
